There is $75.30 worth of savings this week in The Blade. We will be receiving 1 SS (Smart Source) insert, which will make for 1 FREEBIE this week. We all LOVE FREE right?
We will be getting a $1/1 Wet ‘N Wild eye product coupon – Wet ‘N Wild single eyeshadow and eye liner are priced under $1 at Rite-Aid, Target, Meijer, etc. So you will be able to get some FREE eye shadow or eye liner at any of these stores.
Here are a few of my other favorite coupons:
· $0.75/2 Nabisco cookie or crackers. These frequently go on sale for $1 the Snak Saks at Kroger so that would make them $0.67 each.
· $0.50/2 General Mills Fruit Snacks. These are $1 at the Dollar Store so you can snag two boxes for ONLY $0.75 each.
· $1/10 yoplait yogurts. These frequently go on sale for $0.50 at both Kroger and Meijer making them ONLY $0.40 each.
We also have $15 in Bob Evans Coupons. I LOVE Bob Evans Chicken Noodle Soup and their sausage gravy.
There is also a $10/$25 purchase at Macy’s. That’s a 40% savings. There are some restrictions to this coupon.
This week is a little more calm than last week, but that is how sales and coupon inserts work. That is why it is so important to hold on to the coupons each week, because even though we cannot use them the week we receive them, we will be able to use them for future sales.
One of the easiest ways to maximize your savings is to use the coupon when the item is on sale. Of course, if you need the item immediately and have the coupon use it, otherwise, wait for the sale. Most sales will cycle every 8-12 weeks so I always encourage people to stock up for at least 3 months of items.
We are also going to start putting shopping scenarios together on the blog to show everyone just how easy it is to coupon. Many say it takes too much time, but if I do the scenario, I will do all the work and all you have to do is clip the coupon and go to the store and save BIG?
