There is $37 worth of savings this week in The Blade. There will be no SS, RP, or P&G inserts but we will have coupons for Macy’s, Target, and Kohl’s. When we have weeks like this, it is a good time to go through your old coupons and get rid of the coupons that have expired and get ready for the next BIG week of coupons ?

· $10/$25 purchase at Macy’s
· $10/$40 purchase on pet care purchases at Target
· $10/$50 purchase at Kohl’s.
With spring right around the corner, it is a good time to get those clothes for the warmer weather and save with these coupons. In addition, also a good time to help out some of our local animal shelters with the $10/$40 coupon from Target.
GOOD NEWS. . . Beginning Wednesday, February 21st, Kroger will be having another Mega Event. It is a Buy 5, Save $5 instantly. Remember, as with any Mega Event you don’t have to purchase 5 of the same items, you just have to purchase 5 participating products that are in included in the Mega Event. The Mega Events are ALWAYS a great time to stock up on many items that we use every day and this Mega Event is no different. You all know how much I love the Kroger Mega Events.
Also, remember if the items are out of stock at Kroger (on in-ad products) be sure to get a raincheck. This means when the products come back in stock you can get them for the original sale price with your raincheck. It’s a win/win. No need to get frustrated that they don’t’ have the items, just know you will get them at a later date ?
There are many local charities that I love to donate to and this week I would love to highlight Toledo Gospel Rescue Mission. They are a wonderful organization that help many people in our community. They currently are in need of liquid detergent, bleach, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes. If you can help with any of these items, I know it would be a blessing to them.
Also, today, February 18, we will be serving a FREE Community Dinner at St. Lucas Church at 745 Walbridge Street from 4-5 p.m. We do this monthly with all the savings from our coupon deals. It is great fellowship. Come and get a FREE meal or come and volunteer with us.
